Dill is a flavorful herb that can be added to salads, meat and bean dishes.  It is anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory, and helps balance blood sugar.  Of course, you’ll want plenty on hand for pickling vegetables!

In the garden it is an ideal companion plant because it is a top pollinator plant and pest deterrent.  What’s more, it’s feathery foliage and yellow umbel flowers add cheer and beauty.
