DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If an item is damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately by email support@bloomreveal.com, describing the damages and including pictures, and we will discuss options with you.
Returns
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Our products are handcrafted in small batches and in most cases specifically for you, therefore WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS.
Patients may return supplements only if the following conditions are met:
- Unopened
- In great condition (no visible wear)
- Stored appropriately (i.e. out of direct sunlight and high heat; in fridge if necessary)
- Within 1 month of date of purchase
- No returns / refunds allowed on Custom Formulas (brew tea, granules, or essential oil remedies)
