To soften the flavor, add the dose to 1-2 ounces of almond or coconut milk.

Yes. The ingredients are non-toxic and safe for people of all ages in liposomal form. For children, reduce the dose based on child's weight relative to a 150 pound adult; for example, if the child weighs 75 pounds, the top dose is 1 Tablespoon / 2x / day.

For pregnant or breastfeeding moms, we recommend taking at 1/2 strength (1 Tablespoon / 2x / day) to support health gently, avoiding a heavy-handed approach during this special time.
