Shipping policies for orders containing liposomal essential oil remedies

Liposomal essential oil remedies are fresh products that must be kept cool. 

Every liposomal essential oil remedy is made-to-order by our small pharmacy production team, and we aim to ship every order within 48 business hours of receiving your order. Please be mindful that production time is not included in the shipping times listed below. 

We pack liposomal remedies with ice packs and follow a shipping schedule that ensures your products spend minimal time outside of refrigeration during transit.

Please note that if your transit time is four days, we will only ship your order on a Monday to ensure it arrives by Friday. For example, if you place an order that has an estimated 4-day delivery time on a Wednesday, we will not send it out until the following Monday. If you would like your order sooner than that, be sure to select an expedited shipping option of <3 days.

If you live in Mississippi, North Dakota, South Dakota, Alaska, Arizona, Texas, California, Nevada, Utah, Montana, Idaho, Oregon, Washington, Wyoming, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, we will only ship your liposomal remedy order with expedited rates to ensure delivery within 4 days. Please be sure to select an expedited shipping option of 3 days or less at checkout, this includes USPS Priority Mail Express, UPS 2-Day Air, and UPS 3-Day.

If you select a shipping option that has a longer transit time than we allow, it will slow the shipping process. We will contact you to check in about the shipping option you chose, and get your permission to expedite your shipment and bill you the difference. 

General Shipping Information

All Fees are in USD and you will be charged in US currency.

DOMESTIC ORDERS:​ We ship all packages via USPS or UPS and charge the exact postage rate for your package’s weight and size.

You will receive an email confirmation from Bloom + Reveal that includes your tracking information.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:​ Once your package leaves the United States, we have no control over tracking, customs, delays or delivery issues.

Based on our prior experience, we cannot ship to following countries:

LOST, STOLEN OR SLOW PACKAGES:​ Bloom + Reveal is not responsible for any lost, stolen or slow packages. We will do everything we can to help you locate a missing package, but we recommend that you contact your local post office or other shipping carrier first.

We are not responsible for shipping carrier failures. In the event that your shipper does not deliver on the shipping status that you paid for, you must file a claim with your carrier.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS:​ If an item is damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately by email ​​, describing the damages and including pictures, and we will discuss options with you.

We are not responsible for products that are further handled and shipped after their arrival to you.

RECYCLED PACKING MATERIAL:​ We recycle and reuse packing material and boxes as much as possible. Your order may arrive in a repurposed box from a different company. If you are expecting an order from us, please check all incoming packages.


Customers can choose to pick up any order at our clinic, Nourishing Life Health Center, 2821 Route 209, Kingston, NY.  We will call or email you, using the information you provide at checkout, when your order is ready for pickup. We hold orders for a maximum of 7 days before discarding.


ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ​Our products are handcrafted in small batches and in most cases specifically for you, therefore ​WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS.

Patients may return supplements only if the following conditions are met:

  • Unopened
  • In great condition (no visible wear)
  • Stored appropriately (i.e. out of direct sunlight and high heat; in fridge if necessary)
  • Within 1 month of date of purchase
