What’s the difference between a tincture, brew and granule?

Tincture Ingredients & Dosage:

Ilex root, belamcanda, cinnamon twig, echinacea, forsythia fruit, isatis, yarrow, bupleurum root, Szechuan lovage root, honeysuckle flower, ginger; organic cane alcohol and distilled water.

Recommended Dosage:  1 teaspoon / 2x / day in 2 oz. water.

Brew Ingredients & Dosage:

Ilex, belamcanda, cinnamon twig, echinacea, forsythia fruit, isatis, yarrow, bupleurum, ligusticum rhizome, honeysuckle, ginger

Recommended Dosage:  1 cup / 2x / day

Granule Ingredients & Dosage:

Ilex, astragalus, belamcanda, bupleurum, cinnamon twig, forsythia fruit, isatis, Baikal skullcap, ligusticum, honeysuckle, ginger

Recommended Dosage:  1 heaping teaspoon (4 grams) / 2x / day stirred into water, juice or soft food.

 

Recommendations:
