Kava Brahmi Inner Calm is designed to support optimal sleep and relaxation of the nervous system. It can be used to calm anxiety and overstimulation in the daytime (feeling wired or inflamed), and it can be taken in the evening or at bedtime to help the body receive a deep and peaceful sleep.
Kava-kava is an herb from the South Pacific Islands that has been used for thousands of years to promote a sense of well-being, relaxation and positivity. It helps to release states of anxiety and tension. Brahmi (Bacopa monnieri) is an ayurvedic herb that has long been regarded as one of the best herbs for aiding brain function.
It is available as a tincture or wellness tea (infusion) that is simply steeped in boiled water. *Please note that there are minor differences in the formulations based on herb availability.
Tincture Ingredients & Dosage:
Kava-kava, bacopa, holy basil, skullcap, passionflower, California poppy, milk thistle, lemon balm, bupleurum, Cyperus rhizome, valerian; organic cane alcohol and distilled water.
Recommended Dosage: 1 teaspoon / 2x / day in 2 oz. water.
Wellness Tea Ingredients & Dosage:

Recommended Dosage: 1 cup / 2-3x / day or at bedtime.

– Kava kava also can be taken as a single herb (tincture).
