Alisma, polyporus, cinnamon twig, horsetail, cornsilk, phellodendron, plantago seed, lycopodium, moneywort, usnea, uva ursi, poria; organic cane alcohol and distilled water.
Recommended Dosage: 1 teaspoon / 2x / day in 2 oz. water.
Brew Ingredients & Dosage:

Recommended Dosage: 1 cup / 2x / day
Granule Ingredients & Dosage:

Recommended Dosage: 1 heaping teaspoon (4 grams) / 2x / day stirred into water, juice or soft food.
