Ocotillo

Description

Ocotillo (Fouquieria splendens) is a medicinal plant from the desert regions that is used traditionally to address blood and lymph congestion.  It has a particular affinity for the pelvic region, so is useful for such issues as menstrual stagnation (pain and dark blood), fibroids and prostatitis.  From the Chinese medicine perspective, Ocotillo relieves Liver qi stagnation – the physical and emotional tension that results from stress.  As a lymphatic decongestant, it also helps the lungs recover from infection and supports recovery from spasmodic lingering coughs and colds.

Ocotillo bark **, certified organic cane alcohol (75%).
